Fixed Term Contract until Jan 2014 (potentially permanent after that)

Leading financial services organisation are currently looking for experience Client Services Administrators to join their growing team in Bath

Initially employed on a fixed term contract until Jan 2014 (with the view of then moving on to a permanent contract) you will be responsible for dealing with a range of telephone, email and written queries from IFA's and private clients providing a high level of customer service and taking ownership of each query until resolved.

Candidates must have previous experience within similar customer focussed role within financial services environment and be comfortable liaising with IFA's/clients over the phone.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to solve problems and resolve complex queries quickly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and exciting company which could lead to progression and development following your initial contract
