Description
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as a point of reference for technical and procedural KYC/KYB issues in order to ensure customer requirements are satisfied referring where appropriate, and act as a source of expertise and guidance to new or less experienced team members, ensuring they are trained in relevant account servicing processes and providing coaching where necessary.
* Act as a point of reference for Market In Financial Instrument Directive (MIFID), Client Money
* Provide high quality support to Sales & Coverage teams to allow them to concentrate on revenue generation
* Liaise with internal and external service providers concerning enhancements and changes. Identify, recommend and implement agreed changes to support processes to reflect business needs and operational requirements, communicating these across assigned area of responsibility where appropriate.
* Contribute to KYC/KYB and Account Opening project initiatives, taking responsibility for the development and implementation of specific deliverables and ensuring these are achieved within the required time, cost and quality parameters.
* Ensure compliance with Bank and regulatory policy identifying the need for action where necessary in order to minimise risk.
* Respond to a range of queries, liaising as appropriate with line management and/or other business areas, clarifying issues and ensuring that the nature of the information being provided is understood by the recipient.
