About the job:
We are looking for a Tier I Desktop Support Technician who has hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
In this position you will:
- Provides hands-on Hardware and Software support
- Resolve technical calls and tickets, and escalate problems as needed
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
- Provide true customer service oriented Desktop support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Desktop or Desk side support role
- A+ Certification highly preferred
- MUST have RECENT experience with Windows XP & 7, and Microsoft Office Suite
- MAC experience is always a plus
- Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
