I'm Justin and I have a bunch of clients. My colleague, Natasha, helps me with all the work we have to do. We'd like a lot more, though. A lot more. And that's where you come in.
We're ready to grow. We're teetering on this "sorta always too busy" kind of line, but in order to adequately support some more people, we need more business. So we're looking for a freelance sales and outreach representative, if such a thing exists (if not, it does now!).
Here's what you'd be working on:
- Finding new clients through existing job boards and sites (like this one!)
- Reaching out to prospective clients in any market across the US interested in web design, development, graphics work, package design, video, and more.
- Helping us help our current clients by learning if their needs have changed and if they require any more services.
- An ideal candidate would have some skills in web design or development to help us with some of the overflow work on the side, too.
The trick here is that I absolutely require as much money as you deserve be sent to you as quickly as possible. I want to make sure you have enough money to help sustain yourself. We don't have a big bucket of money sitting around like big places, so here's what I can offer:
- Up to 30% of each new client's invoice paid directly to you as soon as the payment is sent.
- Ongoing invoices (for future maintenance, for example), will net you a 10% cut for the lifetime of the project/client.
So imagine a scenario where we bill Acme Widgets for $5,000. $1,500 goes to you. In 6 months they come back to have some work done that ends up costing $800. $80 gets forwarded to you, too.

We work everywhere as most of our clients are across the midwest and east coast.
