Credit Risk Support AnalystA large international firm is looking to add a member to their support team inTexas. This is an extremely important role to the organization as the Trading Credit Risk Support Team provides end to end support to the Credit Risk Business functions. No relocation assistance is available; salary is approx 60-80k. They are unable to sponsor candidates on an F1 or OPT visa. Credit risk business knowledge is a must.
Your tasks will include:

- Responsible for technical support of the proprietary applications.
- Involving close collaboration with the development and operations teams, when escalation is required.
- ITIL processes plus release, deployment, capacity Management etc.
- Incident Management: ensure incidents are logged and appropriate follow-ups are complete.
- Track and follow up with tickets and batches
- Maintain stability in production trading environment
- Systems maintenance
- To resolve issues with interface feeds related to the credit risk systems.
Our client will also be looking for a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Out of industry experience will be considered, as long as the candidate has an interest in working in the financial world. Useful technical skills include LINUX/UNIX, basic programming or scripting (shell/perl/python for example), SQL etc.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong technical background in application support and credit risk experience- strong communication skills are preferred.
