Global Investment Bank based in South Yorkshire have a requirement for an Infrastructure Solution Architect with strong data platform experience to deliver and lead implementation of solutions for an array of different projects.You will be part of a growing team which formulate solutions based on business requirements, it is down to this level of interaction with the business that this role has been created. As the Infrastructure solutions architect it will give you the opportunity to ensure that the architecture is built to the highest standards to allow for sufficient processing to produce the required outputs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Infrastructure solution Architect to come onboard this project team which is a key pillar of the bank.
This is a 6 month rolling contract with rates up to £450pd.
Essential Skills:
- Strong Operating systems knowledge Linux, Solaris, AIX or Windows
- Strong Database knowledge in either Oracle or SQL
- Experience in virtualisation using VMWARE
- Strong understanding of middleware products
- An understanding of INTEL architecture.
