Role: VP Compliance Advisory (Asset Management Experience)Type: Permanent
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 p/a
Location - London
One of the world's largest Global Asset Management firms is looking for a Compliance Advisor to join their team.
The role requires the individual to provide Compliance Advice on the companies UK Defined Contribution business. You will primarily be giving Regulatory Advise to this area of the business to ensure the products and services are Compliant with the rules and regulations that surround the pensions.
Requirements:
- Compliance Advice to the UK Pensions business
- Support the business to manage their Regulatory Risks
- Training
- Design and implement a monitoring programme
- Develop a regulatory Compliance Manual/Plan
- Foster a proactive Compliance Culture within the business
- Understand current and upcoming EU Proposals
- Support and advise on Regulatory Initiatives
- Regular reporting to the relevant areas of the business, ie the Board
- Provide advise on new or amended products within the Pensions business
- Sign-off all marketing material
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working within a DC Compliance environment
- Qualified from the CII (Pensions) and/or a Fellow ship of the Pensions Management Institute.
- Strong understanding of insurance company organisation, unit linked products, pensions process, regulation and legislation.
