A global leading innovative machinery company based inLondonare currently looking for a Technical Director to add to their highly successful team.Reporting to the M.D. you will be responsible for all operational activities relating to the manufacture of products.
This is a huge opportunity to progress your career up to director level and grow an established British engineering firm. They are leaders in the industry and have continued to see year on year growth growing from £3m turnover to £10m over the last 3 years.
My client has a long standing and experienced team in terms of length of service and need someone to drive through changes, react quickly and maintain the running of operations.
The ideal candidate needs to have the following skills in order to be requested for interview:
* Manufacturing/production management experience is essential
* Extensive experience in developing/implementing ERP systems
* Sound financial knowledge, ideally with accounting qualifications
* Needs to be ambitious, driven and take ownership.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + benefits including: Holidays, Bonus, Employee Share Scheme and Pension.
