Description
We are recruiting Graduates (Must have completed a degree or equivalent, although you do not have to have graduated)or people with Financial Services experience to work as Case Handlers for a FTSE 100 company within the Financial Services/Banking sector.The roles are based in Manchester and are on a contract basis until 31st December although there is a strong chance of extension.
Starting salary is £18,000 per annum (pro rata).
Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30.
We will be looking for candidates to be available to start on 16th September.

The role will involve investigating, assessing, reaching conclusions, performing accurate calculations and providing a high standard of customer service on individual cases in line with relevant product, procedural and regulatory requirements.
You will manage your own case load and will be responsible for liaising with Customers, 3rd Parties such as solicitors and other internal departments. There will also be large admin element.
You will be given comprehensive training over 2 weeks to enable you to understand the Insurance product, use the relevant systems and undertake the role in the style required by the company.
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be speaking with customers on the phone and responding in writing.
