Description
My client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment, drive systems for marine and industrial applications. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Invoice Clerk within the Bus and Truck Vehicle Maintenance team.As single point of contact for the customer, you will provide relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the invoice process, thus ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To accurately prep and enter each stage of the vehicle service/repair process using coded descriptions for each type of part and labour
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all outstanding invoices and work I practice.
- Load workshop schedule onto system
- Manage time frames of entering details to sending out invoices
- Ensure all cash payments received before vehicles leave the site
- Ensure that all authorised work is properly coded prying to invoicing
- Manage all other invoices to 3rd party suppliers
- Gain customer agreement through selling the benefits of identified repair solutions in a professional manner
- Review quality of job description and highlight issues/deficiencies to Work Controller for follow up
- Produce and explain invoice to customer at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries or objections on a timely basis
- Follow up after service/repair visit to check customer satisfaction as per GVS process
General
- Basic working knowledge of Vehicle Technology
- An in depth understanding of the service and repair documentation standards
- Fast accurate data entry and overall excellent IT and communication skills
- Time management and good organisational skills
