Description
My West London based Local Authority Client requires 4 experienced Team leaders to join their building services and maintenance division you will have management/supervisory experience with a trade background.
If you have either gas safe and/or electrical qualifications experience this would be desirable, you will manage up to 20 non management trade operatives who deliver day to day and void repairs including, but not exclusive to:
Performance appraisals, risk management, productivity, health and safety.
You will be required to attend Council meetings and meetings with the public outside working hours. A building and/or property related qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience - professional qualifications eg Gas Safe, CSCS card with relevant level, electrical etc.
