Senior Clinical Data Manager -Interview Immediately

My client is currently looking for a Senior Clinical Data Manager to come on site and to help support 6 studies.

Duties include:

Provide very senior level expertise as part of the management team for Clinical Data Management and Clinical Project Teams. Provide leadership in the areas of project planning, team assignments and resource management, process improvement, training, and departmental strategic direction. May manage special projects. Seen as an expert in the industry.

Serve as Lead Data Manager, managing the day-to-day activities on a given project and representing the department on teams.

Manage departmental resources and communicate resource requirements to CDM management.

Serve as project manager for large projects or multiple projects.

Acts as consultant for project teams and managers in the area of Data Management processes and process improvement.

Develops, recommends, and implements operating budgets. Monitors and addresses budget variances and productivity on an ongoing basis, and assures department operates efficiently and cost effectively.

Mentors other members and CDM Leads in training and developing data management expertise. May directly supervisor lower level team members.

Independently brings project solutions to the CDM teams and management.
