My clients a niche professional services organisation based in Londoncurrently seek a Reward Consultant - Data Analytics Division - salary competitive.In this new and exciting role that they are looking to shape around the ideal candidate you will have the opportunity to take ownership for the organisations Data and Survey division in relation to compensation. Focusing on analytical developments and delivery side you will:
-Lead and develop innovations around survey projects to generate new business
-Project manage pay/incentive surveys and data collection processes
-Provide support to clients around pay, performance and incentives survey data analysis -Working with clients offering support, advice and developing new business International projects
-Have an opportunity to lead and development junior members of staff
The ideal candidate will be an experienced compensation analyst/consultant with particular expertise in reward survey and data analysis who is keen to help drive a business forward. This will may suit someone who wants to take a step up, and more ownership of client facing activities, or build on existing skills in this space at a growing organisation where you can make a role you own!
In addition they will meet the following criteria:
-Pay/reward and incentive data analysis and survey experience
-Advanced Excel Skills
-Project management skills
-Experience gained in a Professional Services environment highly desirable yet not essential
