Front Office Lead-Desktop Services-Banking-LondonA position has arisen for an experienced Front office lead for a leading investment bank based in canary wharf for an initial 6 month contract. As the head of UK front office desktop services, you will be responsible for the support of the front office & trading areas. You will be responsible for the management of operational support of the UK front office desktop team.
You will be responsible for the 2nd line desktop services issues in a multi domain environment including:
- Microsoft NT/2000/XP
- Active directory
- Office
- Exchange
You will also be required to:
- Deliver the component of desktop service levels
- Deliver desktop changes needed to support customer requirements
- Ensure whole team is fully aligned with the strategy and plans of the bank
- Responsible for project costs and resources
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- ITIL or similar
