Salary £60-70,000 plus bonus plus flexible benefits
Real Staffing is currently working closely with our client to assist them in the recruitment of a key individual into the Service Change Management function.
They are seeking an experienced professional who offers proven experience in the planning and delivery of major Change initiatives in the Financial Services / Banking industry.
In the role you will be acountable for driving a step change in the service experience received by customers, including delivering major programmes of work. Liaising closely with key stakeholders across the business up to Exec level, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the change delivery team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects against the change plan.
You will have the ability to think strategicall, leveraging insight to inform change and drive and achieve results through others, whilst foreseeing customer, commercial and operational challenges that operating model changes may bring.
