IT Application Security Validation Specialist

My client requires a IT Application Security Validation Specialist to join their existing team working for a global organisation. You will work with technologies such as Java application Servers (eg WebLogic, Apache, tomcat, jboss), webservers (eg Apache, IIS), Operating systems such as RedHat 4,5,6 & Windows 2003, 2008 but from an application point of view rather than an operating system point of view.

Experience

*At least 5 years experience in information technology and IT application operations
*1-3 years in auditing IT applications on a technical level
*Production experience in large environments and large scale migrations are a requirement
*Analyze audit findings and implement the recommendations to lower security risks to acceptable levels
*Ensure that security changes comply with company change management policies and procedures
*Enforce security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for the IT application infrastructure
*Establish and enforce operating system and application hardening standards
*Automate security processes and tasks to achieve efficiencies and/or improved accuracy
*Perform additional duties as assigned

You will be required to work full time onsite 5 days per week in Stockholm for this role. English is essential (Swedish not required)
