A leading insurance company requires a Client Services Manager (CSM) to manage their own portfolio of SSAS/SIPP clients and be responsible for all aspects of these schemes' administration. The CSM must have a thorough knowledge of both the administrative and technical aspects of SSAS/SIPPS, whilst also seeking to be proactive towards dealing with their high net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will have an impact through their recording of all client contributions, settling and recording all investment holdings and managing property investments. They will also be required to deal directly with the customers, whilst facing off to the HMRC and the FSA, leading to the necessity of taking a pro-active and positive approach.

Knowledge and Experience:

* The role requires the individual to apply continuous self-education, utilise good analytical skills and effective time management.

* Good communication skills are required, evidenced by high standards of oral and written English

* The individual also requires inter-personal and social skills and ability to work as part of a Team.

* The role requires organisational skills and time management along with self-organisation of paperwork

* The role requires a good working knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act, Money Laundering

* Deterrence Regulations and Group procedures, in particular Staff Dealing Procedures.

* Expert knowledge of the Delta SSAS and SIPPPro systems would be an advantage
