Description
Our client, a national blue chip organisation based in Warwick, have a new requirement for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.
Technical Capabilities (Knowledge, Skill, Experience):
*Professional accounting body qualification (eg ACCA/CIMA) or significant, broad business experience (financial, management and/or project accounting experience). Graduate level.
*Clear understanding of the strategic and financial direction of the client used to input into long term visioning and recognise business priorities, drivers, obstacles and challenges
*Demonstrated ability to influence and support strategic and tactical change, fostering innovation and informed risk taking to achieve business goals.
*Track record of developing collaborative working relationships with the business, the rest of Finance and other Business Partners through regular communication, active knowledge sharing and being responsive to feedback
*Understands the business language and is able to communicate the financial implications of decisions in an engaging way that gets buy-in and improves the financial acumen of the business
