My London based client is looking for two Organisational Development Advisor/Employer Relations HR Advisor/HR Organisational Development Advisors for 4 month contracts.
My Client is merging with another client to form a new organisation, for this project, they are looking for two Organisational Development Advisor/Employer Relations HR Advisor/HR Organisational Development Advisor to work out the structure of the new organisation and draft job descriptions for the roles included in this new structure.

Individuals are likely to have a:
*Background in OD - likely to have some wider HR/ER experience
*Experience of designing team/function structures in a Matrix working environment (preferably in the public sector)
*Experience of taking outline concepts/ideas from senior stakeholders and making them real - they will need to deliver robust, detailed job/person specifications across a complex and multi-disciplinary department
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. They must have strong drafting and stakeholder engagement skills - a strong influencer
*Agile thinker - ability to deal with ambiguity and change
*Focussed on outcomes - they will need to deliver real outcomes quickly

Skills needed for the Organisational Development Advisor/Employer Relations HR Advisor/HR

Organisational Development Advisor roles:
*Analysis and research: Ability to gather, analyse and research information impartially and effectively, identifying all relevant aspects and looking beyond the obvious.
*Communication: strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including external stakeholders and senior management.
*Working with others: ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders; strong influencing and negotiating skills; willingness to be flexible and proactively contribute to the work of the team beyond individual responsibilities.
*Ability to exercise sound judgement and creativity in identifying options and risks in order to make the right decisions around issues that have the potential to have a significant long term impact on the client.
