Some of our domains need an initial design, while others could use some freshening up. About You
We are trying to build some of the best looking websites on the Internet, so you should be proficient with the latest web design trends and tools. Here are some skills and qualities you should possess:

Photoshop

Illustrator

Web iconography

Strong eye for typography

Proficient in UI/UX

Understanding of JavaScript interaction (jquery, bootstrap, etc)

Clean, responsive, modern styles

2+ years design experience

Ability to set your own deadlines and meet them

Excellent communication skills

Pluses:

CSS3, HTML5, PSD slicing

Parallax experience
