Real Staffing Group are currently working with a leading Financial Services Organisation in the search for a Risk Manager to work in a Technology Team.This is a permanent role based in the East Midlands.
The purpose of the role:
- To develop, maintain and govern a risk and control validation programme
- To provide risk and governance expertise, guidance and educational support to key individuals as they build a sound control environment
- Embed a culture where risk management and control are embedded in everything we do and controls assurance is owned and evidenced by Process, Risk and Control owners.
Requirements:
Risk & Governance and Control experience within Financial Services industry
Excellent Stakeholder management
Track record of assessing and documenting control environment
