Key Responsibilities:
Senior Manager responsible for segment/portfolio planning. Stakeholder management and communication internal and external to segment. Responsible for executive analysis, insights & briefings relating to portfolio planning, performance & governance.
Key Requirements:
- Outstanding leadership and influencing skills, across a diverse range of executive, business and technical stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (attendance and/or chairing executive and governance forums)
- Banking experience, Retail/Commercial Wealth knowledge will be beneficial
- Experience working at a Senior level/Manage Stakeholders (Executives)
- No direct reports
- Strong influence/interpersonal skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Written Coms via packs - town halls etc
- Understanding of tech business - op risk & supply demand management
