Description
Our client is seeking a Helpesk Support Technician to join their existing team for 3 weeks.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting users on issues relating to Laptops, Notebooks, iPhone's, iPads, Teleconference equipment and Windows related issues.
- Helpdesk & Deskstop Support
- Setting up new users, permissions and accounts.
- Setting up and troubleshooting teleconferencing equipment
This is a 3 week contract role, with very little opportunity for this to extend beyond this time. This will start on the 23rd of August and run until the 13th of September. If you are not going to be available during this timeframe - please do not apply.
