Job Description:
Project Coordinator working on facility and application projects within Information Technology. Duties include high volume meeting minutes, project coordination, managing project details and budget tracking, and being a liaison between customers and project managers. Must work independently with excellent communication skills and well organized. Position is demanding and must be flexible.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in a project coordination role.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and use of Lotus Notes, SharePoint, and purchasing systems.
Position required to work go-live projects during off hours as needed.
A facility/construction/IT background is highly recommended.
Associate degree and 2 years experience in a proven project coordinator role.
Professionalism, team player, problem-solver, and must be able to multi task many things at once.
Travel Required:
Yes, between local facilities and possible minimal travel to our National office in California on rare occasion.
Standard Work Hours: 8-5
