Description
On Demand Service Delivery Manager (Application Managed Services) required for interim basis to possible perm employed basis. This will be a senior role within the organization and is accountable for delivery of On Demand and Application Managed Services portfolio to over 100 customers globally.
Required: Degree educated/ITIL certified in Service Management/Budget responsibility of $xm/Staff responsibility.
Accountable for the Delivery of Excellent Service to clients. This specifically includes the delivery of both internal & external SLA's, client reporting and customer satisfaction.
Accountable for the operational delivery of the OD/AMS service. This specifically includes the management of core processes around Incident, Problem & Change and the deployment of appropriate processes and policies to ensure high levels of availability of production systems.
Accountable for leading a team and the creation of a Service DNA/culture.
Working with other parts of the organization (Sales, Professional Services, IT, R&D) to ensure successful introduction of new clients to the OD/AMS services.
Responsible for numerous 3rd party relationships.
Capable of signing of new contracts and legal relationships on a global/regional scale.
