Knowledge
*Expert knowledge and understanding of Conduct Risk management and the ongoing industry developments.
*Strong understanding of Risk Management framework development techniques.
*Strong understanding of regulatory environment and importance of conduct risk within it.
*Detailed knowledge of Group policies and procedures for risk mamangement, compliance and internal control.
Experience
*A broad background in risk Management both from a 1st line and 2nd line perspective.
*Proven delivery of framework methodologies related to embedding of conduct risk.
*Worked within all levels of the organisation and developed a strong understanding of the Matrix approach and the challenges this could present to the embedding of Conduct Risk.
Skills
*Strategic orientation - proven ability to generate conceptual ideas and drive forward best practice through design and implementation.
*Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
*Understand and interpret complex business requirements and present them in a straightforward manner.
