Communications Manager - Banking - Regulatory/Compliance

A leading FS company based in London is seeking a Communications Manager to work on a FATCA programme.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

  • To lead on the development and implementation of the communications strategy
  • To lead on copy-writing and production of key publications including  e-bulletins
  • Working with Communications Leads across the Bank.
  • Post Full-time
  • To take responsibility for the development and management of Communications to Customers in the Bank
  • To lead on the collation of information and feedback
  • Develop External publicity materials (printed and email format)
  • Significant experience in managing and delivering internal communications in a project environment
  • Exemplar stakeholder management and communication skills with colleagues at all levels
  • Deep understanding of communication management and getting the most from its delivery to different audiences, eg project pool, Operations departments and Senior Executive
  • Extensive evidence of managing conflicting priorities

  • Experience developing and tracking delivery plans
  • Experience in working with IT and business stakeholders
  • Influencing skills
  • Organisational Awareness
  • Analytical Skills

Desirable skills and experience

  • FATCA experience or at the very least good Regulatory experience.
  • Compliance experience.
  • Communications role in large change programme
  • This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
