Conduct Risk Methodology and Delivery Lead
My leading financial services client is currently looking for an experienced Conduct Risk professional to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment. The role will play a key part in a large Conduct Risk change programme within the company. This is a very high profile programme of work and will afford the successful applicant the opportunity to interact with very senior stakeholders and influence a very important programme.
The role will play a key part in contributing towards the development of the Conduct Risk methodology and ensuring it is an industry leader and ensuring the development of the methodology is instigated with the Conduct Risk team.
As such applicants will be expected to display the following skills and experiences:
*Strong previous knowledge of Conduct Risk management
*Excellent understanding of Risk Management framework development
*Excellent understanding of the regulatory environment and Conduct Risk's importance within it.
*Strong background in risk management from 1st & 2nd line perspectives
*Proven previous experience of embedding framework methodologies
*Excellent senior stakeholder management experience
