My client a large multinational within the financial sector has an immediate contract for a Software Process Improvement Lead. The role will entail review current processes and make recommendations to better align the organization to best practices. This is a six month contract role and possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running Opening Meetings with all stakeholders
  • Creating Strategy Document for the software process improvement
  • Analyzing the process in place and comparing to the recommended industry practices
  • Documenting improvements and present all possible courses of action to the management team
  • Measure the impact and success (or failure) of the implemented improvements

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must have experience of between 4 - 8 years' within Software development and process improvements
  • Demonstrated experience using modern best practices and effective tools
  • Management practices such as CMMi, TMMI, ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies (essential)
  • Experience as a developer, development manager, business analyst, tester, support analyst or a manger of these functions.
