Customer Service, Project methodology certificateWe are urgently seeking a Customer Services Associate to work in Winchester.For this role you will ensure project delivery enhancemant using our clientsproducts, services and quality service. You will also represent the customer service division at a wider business level to any project ensuring that feedback from customers to take into consideration and a service perspective is contributed. To take ownership of projects working closely with the CS Project Manager to help drive the customer service division forward.
Responsibilities:
Senior Customer service experience
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Proven project management skills including process mapping and re-engineering experience
Experience of working to deadlines, using effective organisation and time management skills
Experience of hands-on coaching would be an advantage, with experience of achieving results through the development of others
Problem solving

IT literate

Presentation skillsThis job requires a self-motivated individual who has a natural flair for dealing with people in a positive and constructive manner. The individual will have a genuine passion for customer service excellence, with the necessary influencing skills to spread enthusiasm throughout the CS Division. The individual will also be flexible - willing to take on new challenges, to adapt working methods to suit requirements, and to work across all functions. The individual will be a fast thinker and quick learner.Technical Skills & Knowledge:
GCSE, or similar, grade C in Maths and English
Project methodology certificate is desirable
