Description
My NHS client based in South East England is currently recruiting for an Estates Service Manager.Desirable skills/experience:
- Strong mechanical background - qualifications desirable
- Experience of contract specification writing
- Experience as an AP for Med gases, Legionella etc
- Management experience; may be asked to manage in house staff in absence of operational managers.
- Previous experience of managing engineering building services, operational engineering maintenance and repair services
- Experience and knowledge of operational budget management
- Specifying, letting and managing mechanical engineering contracts
- Extensive Knowledge and experience of working with engineering systems within complex organisations and environments
Ideally you will be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs, BMS and CAFM systems.
This is an immediate start role. Day rate is negotiable.
