I have a requirement for a Citrix Support Engineer (Xen App/Xen Desktop/3rd line) to be based in the South East. I am looking for previous experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support environment.KEY SKILLS:

o Microsoft Windows XP, 7
o Citrix XenApp 4.x/5.x/6.x
o Citrix XenDesktop 4.x/5.x
o Active Directory and Group Policy
o DNS and DHCP
o Microsoft Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services
OTHER SKILLS:
o Microsoft profiles types
o Microsoft SQL
o Microsoft Exchange
o Virtualisation hypervisors, e.g. Citrix XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V
o Basic networking principles
o Basic SAN/iSCSI knowledge
o Application Streaming technologies, e.g. Microsoft App-V
