A client of mine a large Higher Education Institute based in Staffordshire are looking for an Oracle specialist to join their existing IT team to work on a project designing, implementing, and testing a data interface to manage the integration of account records from a studen t system environment into an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Receivables environment.The successful candidate will implement the requirements of a functional specification which will be expected to be of high quality, fully documented and ready for functional testing on handover.
Applicants will need to have:
-Functional and technical knowledge and understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 module (with emphasis on party, customer, location and customer site record management)
- Experience of designing, implementing and testing data integration solutions with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, using Oracle PL/SQL API's
- Experience of woring a functional specification
- Experience of documenting technical solutions to a high standard and tesing software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical detail to a non-technical audience.
Candidates with previous experience working within a University on particular studen t systems or on a similar project would be at an advantage.
