One of my Exclusive Danish Clients based in Copenhagen are urgently seeking an ITIL Expert.
The Ideal candidate need to have minimum 3-5 years of experience acting as ITIL Consultant within the Service Management area.
Key Skills:
* Are able to understand the structure of the Clients Infrastructure & Operations
* Have solid process implementation experience end to end with processes other than Change, Incident or Problem - within the ITIL best practice framework.
* Have technical knowledge about Service Management process operations and the Enterprise services infrastructure.
* Are used to navigate in large complex organisations.
* Are proactive and can adopt this with working in a highly agile environment.
* Facilitates workshops that clarify the problem and solution.
* Are able to manage deliveries in more projects at the same time.
* Are able to coach teams in ITIL with more than just theory.
* Are beyond the ITIL foundation certification level.
Rates are negotiable depending on experience. please send over up-to-date CV along with minimum acceptable day rate, taking into account the Danish tax laws.
