Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of contract terms & conditions of multidiscipline projects and recognized practices and principals.
Experience in construction of Mega infrastructure projects internationally and preferably in the Arab world and, with preferred experience in railroad and highway projects.
Minimum of 10 years experience in execution, construction and site management of Civil works of infrastructure Projects (on site and in office) covering a broad range of activities, with reputable construction companies in the Gulf Countries.
In-depth knowledge of project, construction and contract management, project specifications, familiar with the legal obligations of contractual obligations and their implications
Well versed with FIDIC conditions
Excellent communication skills; able to perform within a multicultural and multi-task environment
Thorough and meticulous on specifications and details, able to work under pressure
