Description
The role will be to lead the development of a conduct risk framework. Ensure that it is translated into a practical form which can be adopted by the business. Work with risk colleagues to incorporate Conduct risk into existing Group Risk framework.
Initial deliverables:
- Refinement of Conduct Risk Principles - review against events to ensure that would capture.
- Build of Risk Appetite measures to reflect Principles (quantative)
- Build of Risk Maturity Matrix to reflect principles (qualitative embedding behaviours)
Longer term: Development of Conduct Risk methodology to include:
- Value for Money methodology
- Enhanced Product Stress testing
- Quantification of Conduct Risk
You will have a solid background in conduct risk and be available to start quickly
