Description
CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant CIMA/ACA/ACCA Systems Accountant required by this market leading organisation in Nottinghamshire. You will have previous staff management experience and an advanced knowledge of Cognos and Excel. You will have excellent business and financial analytical skills.
In this role you will consolidate and report on the financial performance of the business, and maintain and develop financial reporting; as well as providing analysis of financial performance and interpretation of financial results.
Key duties:
* Create and produce financial reports
* Maintain accurate data integrity in all reporting data sources
* Drive insight and analysis into the financial performance of the company
* Challenge and recommend areas for change to improve the financial performance of individual activities
* Administration and development of the financial reporting system and the management information system
* Manage the company forecasting and budgeting process
* Train staff in business reporting processes and software
You must be flexible and open to change, with an analytical and questioning mindset, and the ability to challenge results form peers.
