Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Core Capacity Support Specialist for a ten month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a Core Capacity Support Specialist, the jobholder will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:
- Analyse capacity trends and the impact of business demands,
- Identify upgrade requirements resulting from the production of in scope capacity plans,
- Identifying options and providing recommendations,
- Provide capacity estimations for projects/BAU,
- Gather and analyse workload profiles for the creation of capacity models and dashboards,
- Review, update and implement capacity model requirements documentation,
- Document requirements and develop capacity models for new requirements,
- Maintain the validity of all capacity models via the most appropriate mechanisms.
Skills Required:
The successful candidates must have:
- Experience in capacity planning and the analysis of capacity trends;
- Financial services industry knowledge is essential;
- Excellent skills in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct English;
- Good verbal communicator - listens, responds and questions appropriately;
- Able to challenge constructively and influence.
