Due to lack of internal skills within our London based NHS client, a great opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Manager used to working within the NHS.

The successful person will be required to work on a 3 day per week basis and these 3 days are flexible to suit you.

The role itself is a stand-alone position providing a first rate HR service to a client group of 20 Full time permanent members of staff plus an additional 60 part time employees.

You will be required to operate in a generalist capacity for this client group and cover typical areas such as: Performance Management, Employee Relations, Appraisals etc.

In addition to the 'day-to- day' activity there are several other areas where you skills and experience will be utilised:

- Employment Tribunal management. There are a handful of case that have reached 'paperwork' stage and need to be picked up and managed through the tribunal process.

- TUPE. To take ownership of a small TUPE' in' project of less than 10 people.

- Restructure. The facilitation of a restructure plan that has already been devised, managing the HR element of this project.

Skills & experience required:

. Previous HR experience within the NHS
. Previous TUPE experience
. Working in changing environment
