Description
Our client is a large organisation involved in a high-value, complex and long-term transport construction programme. Due to an increase in workload, they currently require a Construction Manager on a long-term interim contract basis (initial contract six months).
The position will involve:
- Working closely with the Senior Construction Manager
- Working with both internal and external (contractor) teams
- Undertaking daily site checks
- Producing safety briefing and reports
- Ensuring the highest level of safety, policy and procedure compliance
- Quality inspections
- Completing inspection test plan hold points
- Task planning and management
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with experience of complex, high value building projects. Experience of a live rail environment is highly advantageous.
