Optimisation Network Engineer (English essential then French and Dutch desirable)

*Fluent in English ESSENTIAL, (French and Dutch desirable) required.*
My client, a major telecoms company, are looking for a Optimisation Network Engineer to join their team in Belgium on a contractual basis
Responsibilities and key skills:
*Participation in customer projects
*Collection and analysis of customer requirements
*Perform network optimisation at cellular level
*Issuing, discussing and/or implementing optimisation recommendations for network improvement
*Share knowledge from service deliveries in applicable forums
Knowledge:
*Experience in design/optim 2G/3G especially domain RAN & Optim
*Good knowledge of 2G Nortel RAN & 2G/3G HUA RAN including U900, 2nd carriers, 3rd carriers
*Very good knowledge of Radio Planning tool (Asset)
*Very good Knowledge of post processing tools Metrica, PRS and Actix
*Knowledge of ARBO
