BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related work experience in an operational, support, or project management environment.
5+ years experience working in compliance, operations, product support, testing, and/or project management.
Working knowledge of Client's products and services and/or cellular industry knowledge preferred.
Understanding of the SDLC process in an IT environment.
Ability to analyze technical documentation.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for assessing project risk.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to be assertive.
Good control and follow up skills.
Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings for project teams.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to organize, plan, and execute job tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
Ability to work individually, as well as, in a team environment.

The SE Operational Readiness Compliance is responsible for implementing the established Operational Readiness Compliance (ORC) methodologies and processes in support of the Operational Readiness Compliance function. The position is part of the Global Sales and Customer Support organization. The primary role of this position will be to facilitate ORC procedures and maintain compliancy in an effort to ensure Client's products go to production operationally ready. This will be done by conducting project reviews, identifying risks, documenting results, and communicating the findings to management.
