CRB cleared desktop/Technical Support Engineer windows 7/XP

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRB cleared desktop/technical Support Engineer windows 7/XP to join well established blue chip organisation based at their offices in Dublin.

As a CRB cleared desktop/technical Support Engineer you will have:

*Expert knowledge of Windows XP (essential), Windows 7(essential), with high level of client
interaction rollout experience (essential)
*Thin Client Experience (preferable) would be an advantage (user will complete user migration
at Thin Client level - end user data and settings migration to begin with)
*Some Citrix knowledge would be an advantage (preferable)
*Strong experience in customer support is a must.
*A strong work ethic and desire to contribute. Self-starter.
*Must be flexible with hours as there maybe evenings and weekends.

Applicants must hold CRB clearance.
