The Company
Our client is a progressive division of a large defence company and is currently experiencing significant change. As a result of their growth and performance, the company is looking for an exceptional Interim Head of Financial Performance to act as the senior finance business partner to the Operations Director and manage a senior team.
The Role
As the Head of Financial Performance, you will provide strategic corporate analysis of financial implications, monitor performance against agreed targets and interact at senior manager level within the organisation. You responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Providing financial performance advice to the Operations Director -Analysing financial risk across the division-Analysing financial programming and performance of the division -Financial manpower monitoring, balancing and coaching -Acting as line manager to senior finance business partners -Contributing to the development of the team. As the right candidate you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have excellent communication skills, performance and analysis skills as well as strong commercial acumen. It is essential that you have extensive experience within a large company environment and have had previous senior management positions. It is also crucial that you hold a valid security clearance (minimum SC cleared). This is a high profile role, so it is crucial that you are a charismatic and ambitious individual.
Salary & Benefits
