Description
A Tier 1 Investment Bank are kicking of a strategic Front to Back change initiative. This is looking at improving their Front Office controls and looking at the regulation affecting the Front Office. This is Cross-asset class and they are seeking strong change professionals with outstanding Investment Banking experience.
You will be expected to have experience of:
- Documenting analysis of the appropriateness of existing control processes
- Providing the Business Requirement Documents for any digitisation of workflow, "zero touch", Straight Through Processing and rising electrification
- Documenting front to back business process maps/flow diagram
- Gap analysis
- Providing recommendations to improve controls via industrialisation, standardization and centralisation
- Heat Map Matrix of key Risk Areas
- Provide recommendations and associated estimation of cost benefits and efficiency gains from proposed changes
