This leading bank in Dublin employs over 2000 IT contractors and prides itself on using the latest technologies. The Software Release Engineer will be part of an exciting and growing team with a strong possibility for long term contract extensions and promotional opportunities
Some of the Responsibilities include:
Experience in writing/enhancing ant and maven build/packaging scripts to support Java applications.
Support and troubleshoot build issues.
Experience in version control system specifically Clearcase which includes but not limited to labelling, creating branches, guiding development team in case of issues.
Experience in automating end to end build and deployments using build Forge.
Experience in CruiseControl
Skills required:
Hands on experience with configuring WebSphere environment
Support and troubleshoot WebSphere environment issues.
Writing deployment scripts for WS environment, scripts for making any kind WebSphere configuration changes, installations of patches, etc.
Experience with I-planet WebServer, support and troubleshoot.
