Customer Development Manager/Customer Communications Manager/External Communications
I have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Manager to work for a leading telecoms company based in Berkshire on a contract basis.
The position will involve developing communications for customers and ensuring their effectiveness through your team, making use of data analytics and the customer insights. Ensuring customer messages are integrated across customer touch points and are on brand.
You will be working within the wider stakeholder team looking at developing communications to customers to ensure they are aware of strategy and looking at understanding how to get customers to spend more.
The successful candidate will understand how to identify and deliver the messages in a compelling way.
-Keeping customers updated with new regulations
-Communicating "good news" messages about the network and tariff
-Communicate how the 4g network will work and be beneficial to customers
-Liaise with external agencies
Responsibilities for the role will include;
-Attending and arrange meetings
-Collate info
-Creating effective customer communications strategies
-Getting sign off for campaigns
-Communicating campaigns to all stakeholders
-Make sure customer messages are consistent
-Management of one direct report.
Experience required for the role;
-Experience of delivering external and customer communications strategies
-Direct and digital marketing experience
-Base marketing
-Regional Communications
-Retention Marketing
