Description
A world leading biopharmaceutical company currently have a long term contract requirement for an experienced MES / Automation Engineer.Working on a greenfield investment project you will be required to coordinate the implementation of different automation systems, acting as an interface between the vendor and users.
Location: Basel, Switzerland - then South East Asia
Duration: 18-24 months
Role and Responsibilities
• Coordinate the configuration, installation, commissioning and qualification of the automation systems and MES for a new biopharmaceutical production site
• Act as interface between vendors and users
• Supporting FATs
• Review test specifications and qualification documentation
• Creating of training SOPs and trouble-shooting guide
Requirements:
• Experience working on the automation and MES of biotech production sites
• Technical knowledge of SCADA and DCS configuration, commissioning and qualification
• Knowledge of GxP and GAMP
• Strong communication and coordination skills
