Description
- Rotational wellsite/ops geologist position
- The position will offer a lot of diverse opportunity
- Primary responsibility will be wellsite geology on a 28/28 rotation
- Will be spending time on multiple rigs to support short term 24-hr coverage with another geologist (logging runs, coring operations, top-hole drilling, etc.)
- Will be supporting wireline logging operations in the field along with client's Logging Supervisor
- Will be supporting operations geology planning for coring, logging, well spud, etc. in the Luanda office and occasionally at the shore base
- Mandatory qualifications
- Extensive wellsite geology experience including carbonates
- Wireline logging experience
- Core handling experience
- Operations geology experience
