Description
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) support of assigned projects in Information Management Function
- Produce stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis on assigned projects
- Create communication and engagement plans, training plan, and sustainment plan
- Assist in tactics and logistics of OCM activites such as writing technical documentation, delivering training or designing collateral
- Responsible for Houston training rooms
- Adhere to OCM methodology as well as IM Style guide for documents
- Responsible for IM surveys related to OCM activities
